IPS is equipped with 3 rolling machine use for rolling plates with different thicknesses. Each rolling machine has 3 rollers.

1.      Medium Duty Rolling Machine:

This machine uses for rolling plates up to 25mm thickness and 2m width.

2.      Heavy Duty Rolling Machine:

This machine uses for rolling plates up to 70mm thickness and 3m width.

3.      Extra Heavy Duty Rolling Machine:

This rolling machine is the most important IPS rolling machine and is capable of rolling plates upper 70mm thickness. The diameter of upper roller is 900mm and is able to roll plates with 3m width. This machine is completely mechanical and has so much power to do rolling job. Thickness of plate which can be rolled by this machine depends on width and material of the plate and diameter of after-rolling plate. In optimum way the machine can do cold forming for carbon steel material up to 120 mm and for stainless steel material up to 80mm and can do hot forming for carbon steel material up to 175 as well.
